1) Network Overview

Welcome to Farmacia Luce (“we,” “us,” “our”). Engaging our infrastructure and authorizing asset transfers means you accept these Operational Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Unauthroized access or failure to comply will result in immediate network restriction.

2) Clearances & Authorization

• You confirm that you are 18+ and possess the legal authority to execute binding operational agreements.
• You agree to maintain exact routing data and secure your access credentials. We reserve the right to halt dispatches or terminate profiles for suspected network abuse, fraud, or protocol breaches.

3) Authorized Deployment (Critical)

• All assets are strictly cleared for analytical, research, and laboratory deployment, unless an explicit secondary directive is issued in writing.
• Under no circumstances are these assets cleared for human or biological consumption, clinical application, or integration into consumable goods or medical hardware.
• The client assumes total liability for secure handling, environmental storage, and disposal, strictly adhering to all regional safety mandates and institutional directives.
• Operational telemetry provided on this network is not evaluated or endorsed by the FDA or equivalent regulatory bodies.

4) Inventory Allocation & Routing

• Network listings and asset availability are subject to rapid shifts without prior alert. We maintain the authority to throttle quantities or sever specific supply lines.
• While we demand precision, typographical anomalies regarding pricing or specs may occur. We reserve the right to correct these anomalies and will notify you before halting or altering affected dispatches.
• Fractional lot-to-lot telemetry variations fall within standard analytical parameters. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) reflect the exact measured telemetry for that specific batch.

5) Financial Clearing & Security

• Financial clearing is executed via heavily encrypted, trusted third-party nodes. Farmacia Lucenever archives raw payment credentials.
• All values are calculated in USD unless specified. Regional tariffs, taxes, and import duties fall entirely under client liability unless collected at the checkout node.
• Attempts at fraudulent chargebacks or payment manipulation will trigger an immediate operational investigation and network blacklisting. We aggressively contest improper clearing disputes.

6) Logistics & Transit Liability

• We execute dispatches rapidly. Transit windows are logistical estimates and may be affected by courier gridlock, weather anomalies, or international checkpoints.
• Total liability of the asset transfers to the client the moment the courier accepts the payload. We advise securing transit insurance where available.
• Exact drop coordinates are mandatory. We absorb zero liability for compromised deliveries resulting from flawed client data or localized courier failures.
• Cross-Border Routing: The client is solely responsible for acquiring import permits and ensuring regional compliance. We assume zero liability for assets delayed, seized, or destroyed by international customs.

7) Freight Audit & Acceptance

• Audit all inbound freight immediately upon delivery. Structural damage, missing assets, or routing errors must be reported to command within 72 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic telemetry.
• Once the 72-hour window expires, the payload is legally classified as accepted and finalized.

8) Finality of Dispatch (Returns)

ALL DISPATCHES ARE FINAL. Due to the highly sensitive and secure nature of our fulfillment chain, we do not authorize reverse routing (returns) or issue refunds post-execution.

9) Operational Guarantees & Disclaimers

• We guarantee that, at the moment of dispatch, assets will strictly conform to the technical telemetry specified for that specific lot.
• Your absolute and exclusive remedy for a verified breach of this guarantee is, at our discretion, asset replacement or a credit refund for the compromised unit.
• Total Disclaimer: Beyond the stated guarantee, all assets are routed “AS IS” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for unapproved operational parameters.

10) Liability Constraints & Indemnification

• To the maximum threshold of the law, Farmacia Luceabsorbs zero liability for indirect, tactical, collateral, or punitive damages (including lost capital or data), regardless of prior warnings.
• Our maximum financial liability for any dispute will never exceed the exact capital exchanged for the specific asset in question.
• You agree to shield and indemnify our infrastructure against all external claims arising from your handling, deployment, or unauthorized resale of our assets, or your failure to adhere to these Protocols.

11) Tactical Volume & Strategic Pricing

• Strategic bundle pricing executes only when the exact bundle protocol (SKU) is engaged. Manually compiling single units in the cart will not trigger volume algorithms.
• Discount protocols cannot be stacked or combined. We reserve the right to terminate promotional algorithms at our discretion.

12) Network Integrity & Intellectual Property

• All infrastructure assets (visuals, source code, logos, telemetry data) are the exclusive property of Farmacia Luce.
• You are strictly prohibited from scraping, cloning, reverse-engineering, or deploying automated bots to extract data from our environment without authorized written clearance.
• Client feedback and telemetry submitted to the network must be lawful; submission grants us permanent clearance to utilize that data within our ecosystem.

13) Regulatory Compliance & Export Parameters

• You bear total operational responsibility for aligning with local, federal, and institutional laws governing the possession, application, and disposal of these assets.
• You will not route or export assets across borders in violation of active international sanctions or export control directives.

14) Jurisdictional Command & Disputes

• These Operational Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United States and the specific laws of the State of Alaska, overriding standard conflict-of-law principles.
• The exclusive theater for dispute resolution shall be the state or federal courts located in Alaska. Engaging our network signifies your absolute consent to this jurisdiction.

15) Protocol Patches & Severability

• We hold the authority to patch or rewrite these Terms at any moment. Revisions are active the moment the "Last Updated" timestamp is altered.
• If a specific clause is deemed legally unenforceable, it will be severed without crashing the remainder of the protocol.
• We may reassign our operational rights; client profiles and rights are non-transferable without direct command authorization.
