4) Fulfillment & Transfer of Risk
Total financial and physical liability for the product transfers to the client the exact second the asset is handed off to the logistics courier. Farmacia Luceis not liable for collateral damages, operational delays, or losses incurred during transit or resulting from the deployment of purchased assets.
